Introduction

By purchasing digital products from poofy.land, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (TOS). These terms protect the intellectual property of the creator, Kratox, and ensure a fair marketplace for all users. Violation of these terms may result in legal action and/or revocation of your license to use the products.

You CAN:

  • Customize and edit the purchased product(s) for your personal use.
  • Use the products in renders, animations, or similar projects, provided proper credit is given to Kratox as the creator and poofy.land as the distributor. For example, credit can include:
    • “Model by Kratox, purchased via poofy.land.”
  • Create compatible items (from scratch) for distribution or sale, provided they do not include any Kratox assets or derivatives.
  • Share technical support solutions, such as blendshape data, only with other verified owners of the same purchased product.

You CANNOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share Kratox’s content (even with close associates).
  • Share files for technical support with anyone who has not purchased the product.
  • Use Kratox’s products in a way that violates the Terms of Service of other platforms (e.g., VRChat or similar services).
  • Create subproducts (e.g., physical merchandise like 3D prints or badges) using any Kratox’s assets.
  • Sell modified versions of Kratox’s products as new base models or products.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Digital products from Kratox,  are non-refundable due to their intangible nature.

  • By completing a purchase, you waive any rights to a refund or chargeback.
  • If you encounter issues with a product, support will be provided to resolve technical problems. However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Licensing and Ownership

All products sold on poofy.land are licensed, not sold. Ownership of the digital assets remains with Kratox.

  • Your license is for personal use only and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.
  • Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of your license and potential legal action.

Attribution and Credit

When showcasing work that uses Kratox’s products, you must include proper credit to the creator and distributor. Example credits:

  • “Created using assets by Kratox, available on poofy.land.”
  • “Model by Kratox via poofy.land.”

Failure to provide appropriate credit may result in revocation of your license.

Legal and Dispute Resolution

By purchasing from poofy.land, you agree that any disputes or legal claims will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Chargebacks, unauthorized distribution, or other violations will be actively disputed to protect the rights of Kratox and poofy.land.
